Kenneth W. De Berry is President for Concord Specialty Risk, a Managing General Underwriter of Ryan Specialty Group. Ken joined Ryan Specialty Group in February, 2011, Concord Specialty Risk provides transactional risk insurance and loss mitigation-evaluation services.Transactional risk insurance includes tax insurance, representations & warranties insurance, specific litigation insurance and (other) contingent liability insurance.
Prior to forming Concord Specialty Risk, he was a Vice President at The Hartford, overseeing their transactional risk underwriting unit.
Prior to that, Kenneth underwrote Representations & Warranties insurance for nearly 10 years.
Kenneth previously held positions with a "Big Four" accounting firm and held Treasury positions with a number of Fortune 100 companies.
Ken is an accountant and obtained his CPA from New York in 1982.
In 1979, Kenneth received his BBA in Accounting from Baruch College (CUNY).
