Kathy Kniola is Managing Director and Chief Human Resources Officer for Ryan Specialty Group.
Kathy has an extensive background in human resources, including four years at Aon Corporation as Vice President, Global Talent Management, where she led performance management, succession planning, leadership development and change management efforts.
Prior to Aon, Kathy was with Bank One Corporation (currently JP Morgan Chase) where she served in various key human resources roles including; talent selection, development and retention.
Most recently, Kathy was Managing Director of Talent Management for United Airlines. She has also served as a board member and volunteer providing pro bono strategic planning and human resources consulting.
Kathy received her BA and, later in 1985, her MBA in Psychology from Indiana University.
