Dina Panfil is Controller of Ryan Specialty Group. Dina was formerly with GAP Resources LLP, a boutique accounting/process improvement/IT consulting firm she founded in 1998.
During her tenure as a partner at GAP Resources, Dina led a variety of complex accounting and process improvement projects for Aon Corporation's corporate office and also for many Aon subsidiary locations around the worldwide. Significant client projects while at GAP Resources include: creating standardized financial reporting and analytic tools for all divisions of Nationwide Insurance to facilitate entity-level analysis and oversight, preparing the mortgage insurance division of GE Capital for the Genworth IPO, and creating international financial reporting processes and improved consolidated financial statements following a PeopleSoft ERP implementation at Edelman Public Relations Worldwide.
Dina is a CPA and received a BA in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1986.
