Frank Phillips is a Managing Director with Ryan Specialty Group.

Frank has a 17-year track record of building organizations, driving growth and leading turnarounds in several segments of the insurance industry.

Prior to joining Ryan Specialty Group, Frank was with Aon Corporation where he was active in the affinity group, personal lines, small commercial brokerage and private risk management fields. Most recently, Frank was President and CEO of Aon's division responsible for all U.S. brokerage in personal lines, small commercial and private risk management.

In 1992, Frank received his Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University. He received his BA degree from Duke University in 1987.
