Johnny Rowell is a Managing Director and CEO of Jubilee, which is headquartered in London.
Johnny is responsible for leading a fast-growing senior team that is promoting and developing Ryan Specialty in Europe within the London marketplace. He has 25 years' experience in global insurance markets.
Johnny began his career at Willis, where he rose to become Executive Director responsible for its London based US Professional Liability Group.
In 1992, he joined major London-based reinsurer Beazley Group, was appointed to the managing agency board in 1993, the holdings board in 1997, and was a key member of the management team that floated the business on the London Stock Exchange in 2002. Johnny also chaired the Group's Underwriting Committee and Business Development Group.
Johnny graduated from UK Military Academy, Sandhurst, in 1980.
