Miles Wuller is Treasurer and Corporate Development for Ryan Specialty Group. Prior to joining RSG in 2010, Miles had a 10 year career at Aon Corporation. Positions included Assistant Treasurer – Investments & Corporate Development, as well as responsibilities in corporate finance, derivative management, and financial risk management. While at Aon, Miles played a key role in the valuation and execution of over 100 valuations culminating in ~7 billion USD of acquisition and divestiture activity. Miles is presently involved in the Jubilee acquisition process and will remain deeply involved in the integration, restructuring and prospective planning of Jubilee. Miles has been nominated, subject to Lloyd's and FSA approval, to serve on the Board of Jubilee.
